The" Apart Rauch" is only a 3-minute walk from the center of Obergurgl and the Roßkar- and Hohe Mut Bahn lift stations.

In our cozy house we offer you newly renovated apartments in a timelessly beautiful design for guests who know how to enjoy a relaxed way of life. The newly renovated apartments in Gurgl are an invitation to families and couples who want to explore the Ötztal in a sporty and individual way. Enjoy the independence and freedom and make your vacation the way you want it. From our house you have a clear view of the Gurgler glacier backdrop with its 21 three-thousand-meter peaks. Whether powder snow or crunching firn - the slopes in the "Diamond of the Alps" in Obergurgl-Hochgurgl offer pure enjoyment on over 120 kilometers of slopes.

Location:
Our house is a three-minute walk from the center of Obergurgl and 50 meters from the Gurgler ski bus stop. From here you have the shortest route directly to the ski lift. If you don't want to walk the 3 minutes, just get on the free ski bus and 1 minute later you will be directly at the valley station of the Roßkar- or Hohe Mut Bahn.
The ski bus runs every 10 minutes. An approx. 7 km long, perfectly groomed cross-country ski run and a hiking trail lead directly past the house.Sauna for single use
